It ain't Kentucky Fried Chicken!

Many of you read my post earlier this year about my cooking and the pie crust receipe I found and love. Still don't like to cook but I do LOVE it when I find a fairly simple receipe on line and Roger actuallly likes it.

I made chicken tenders tonight. First time in my life! And they weren't to bad! Almost as good as my Momma's! Here I am in Haiti and even though I have cooked for 29 years for my family, I feel like I am really learning to cook for the first time. And the internet is my teacher. Anything I want to try I look up on the foodnetwork or Allreceipes or I just goggle it. 

        

                                         

Well as I said before, I do not like to cook, but if I have to I do want it to be GOOD! Thank God for the internet!
